Ani Recruitment Training & Consultants specialises in courses business and health care sector. We provide courses in Employability Skills, Business Administration, Customer Service, Adult Care (Health & Social Care). We have the accreditation to run qualifications from various awarding bodies: NFCE. An organisation with over 25 years of experience in recruitment selection and training. ARTC is concerned with providing recruitment and human resources services to build and stabilise organisations so that overall productivity is realised; to train, develop and recruit suitable staff to make an impact in their roles and responsibilities in the market place, this also includes managing staff retention and redundancies. Our ethos is to ensure the right workforces is placed in the right jobs to increase overall company productivity. We recruit to find the right fit for purpose.

We have scope to develop our business skill further across general staffing needs expanding our portfolio of human resources in line with the ever changing needs of our clients and ensuring that organisations operate at their optimum to create more opportunities for skilled individuals.
Assisting the government in providing staffing for all civil service vacancies. Providing an Employability Programme for candidates to be prepped and briefed to apply for the contracts. The Employability Programme is a 5-day intensive programme and involves teaching applicants how to succeed at psychometric testing, completing an application form; team and panel interviews; and finally, being put forward for the vacancy.
We offer apprenticeship training in Health & Social Care, Business Admin, Digital Skills and Marketing. Once completed we will support the apprentice to secure employment through work-placement opportunities. For further details please complete the submission form.
